Scott Brown is in essence a general practitioner, but concentrates in bankruptcy, probate and litigation. He has served as a Chapter 7 Panel Trustee in bankruptcy cases for many years and has represented creditors in other bankruptcy matters. He has undertaken a variety of plaintiff and defense cases at the trial and appellate levels of both state and federal court systems.
